These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Gentleman's ebooks & digital products, operated by Gentleman's Digital Products (Nagpur, Maharashtra, India). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Products and descriptions
We sell digital products: eBooks and guides, WordPress plugins and hosted tools, Windows utilities, and Excel calculators and templates. Each product page lists what is included, requirements, compatibility and known limitations. We work hard to keep these accurate; if we find an error, we will correct it and, where it affects your order, tell you.
2. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Taxes are added where the law requires, and the total is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already paid.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout. An order is confirmed only when we receive verified confirmation of payment from the provider. We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed at an obvious pricing error; in that case you receive a full refund.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed you can download your purchase from the order email and from My account → Downloads. Download links may expire or have a download limit; if you have any trouble, contact us and we will help.
5. Licences
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, not ownership of the product or its copyright.
- eBooks and templates: for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute or claim them as your own.
- Software (WordPress plugins, Windows utilities): for the number of sites, devices or users stated on the product page. Licence terms for updates, renewals and support are shown on each product page.
- Hosted (SaaS) services: access is subject to the plan limits shown at purchase and to any additional service terms presented when you sign up.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to break into or disrupt the website, bypass licence checks, reverse-engineer software except where the law allows it, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
7. Support and updates
We provide support and updates as described on each product page. We do not promise “lifetime” updates or support unless a product page states it explicitly.
8. Calculators, guides and information
Our calculators, templates and guides are general tools and information. Results depend on the data and assumptions you enter. They are not professional financial, tax, legal or medical advice; see our Disclaimer.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, illustrations and products are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Please keep backups before installing software or plugins.
11. Third-party links and products
Some pages link to third-party products, including affiliate links. Those products are sold by their own providers under their own terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at support@gentlemansebooks.com so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
